Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Legacy Events website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Bookings & Reservations

All bookings require a confirmation code issued by Legacy Events staff. Submitting a booking request online does not guarantee a reservation. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit as agreed with our team.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 90 or more days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid, minus a $150 administrative fee. Cancellations within 90 days forfeit the deposit. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

4. Use of the Premises

The renter is responsible for the conduct of all guests on the premises. Any damage to the venue, equipment, or furnishings will be assessed and billed to the responsible party. Legacy Events reserves the right to terminate any event at its sole discretion if safety or conduct policies are violated.
