When you submit a booking request or contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and event details you provide. Payment details for card charges are processed by Stripe and are not stored as full card numbers on our servers. We do not sell, trade, or transfer your information to third parties except as needed to run our venue and booking services.

How We Use Your Information

Your contact information is used to respond to inquiries, confirm bookings, send booking codes and confirmation emails, and communicate event-related details. You may opt out of non-essential messages by replying to any email.

Cookies & Local Storage

This site uses minimal functional cookies for signed-in admin sessions (Supabase Auth). Accessibility preferences from our on-site widget are saved in your browser's local storage on your device — not as advertising cookies. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Service Providers

We use trusted processors to operate the site: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (card payments), and Resend (transactional email). Each provider processes data under their own privacy terms as needed to provide that service.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
